A Minecraft Movie: A Red Carpet Livestream

Produced and directed the red carpet livestream for the world premiere of A Minecraft Movie.

We were on the ground at Leicester Square, London, aiming to bridge the gap between gamers and the film. I led all creative and production aspects—from developing the livestream format and booking talent to directing the show and managing on-site execution.
To achieve this, we launched a simulstream across TommyInnit and CaptainSparklez’s Twitch channels, plus Minecraft’s official TikTok, broadcasting live from a custom Minecraft-inspired First Night Shelter we built right on the red carpet.
The stream featured Minecraft Movie DLC gameplay and live interviews with stars Jack Black, Jason Momoa, Emma Myers, Danielle Brooks, and Sebastian Eugene Hansen, alongside creators like DanTDM and developers like Jens Bergensten.
The Minecraft community showed up, and the numbers proved it. Now, A Minecraft Movie has grossed $550M+, becoming 2025’s highest-grossing film and the second-biggest video game movie ever, and we played a small part in that.

Cannot confirm or deny we contributed to the Chicken Jockey-ing theater craze of 2025.
THE RESULTS:
14.2K peak concurrent viewers
1.6 million TikTok likes
One of the most engaging streams we’ve ever launched.
